As an Administrative Assistant II, the successful candidate will
provide administrative support to the Director of Facilities and Operations
manage department communications and facility schedules
process accounts payable
keep records for construction projects
provide data reporting of department performance indicators
operate computerized maintenance management system
manage department business functions
prepare regulatory reports and maintain compliance records
identify, suggest, and implement process improvements
A candidate for this position must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and be a quick learner of other custom administrative software for accounting and maintenance management.
Experience in construction or facilities maintenance, a plus, but not required.
