Responsibilities of the Intake and Customer Service Representative:
Admit new patients into the facility after verifying insurance and completing admissions paperwork.
Collect and process co-pays as required by the insurance company.
Answer incoming calls. This includes responding to questions and explaining the admissions process.
Schedule evaluations, meetings, and consultations for patients.
Perform various clerical work that includes filing, copying, and faxing.
Prepare and maintain patient charts.
Qualifications of the Intake and Customer Service Representative::
1+ years of Medical Administrative experience
Strong computer skills, including the MS Office Suite
Pleasant and professional demeanor with clients
Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision
This is a full time, long term opportunity offering first shift hours. Starting pay for this position is $15/hour.
